Because we are currently a volunteer-based organization, every penny donated goes to the costs associated with rescue including general care, transportation, medicine, veterinary care, food, toys, crates, and other supplies. Our goal is to keep our overhead as low as possible, but of course we do have some administrative costs that can’t be avoided. We do hope to expand our reach and increase our team capabilities, eventually having a handful of part-time hourly employees.
